By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sathvara Community Organization.

• Membership is available to legitimate members of the Sathvara community and their families
• Registration requires accurate personal information and is subject to administrator approval
• Each individual may maintain only one account
• Membership types include Regular, Life, Honorary, and Associate
• Administrators reserve the right to approve or reject applications at their discretion
• Membership is non-transferable

As a registered member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information in your profile
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account access with others
• Use the application respectfully and lawfully
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or bullying
• Not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes or spam
• Report security vulnerabilities or policy violations to administrators
• Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

• Treat all members with respect regardless of age, gender, or occupation
• Do not post offensive, defamatory, or misleading content
• Do not misuse the member directory for unsolicited marketing or solicitation
• Do not share other members' private information outside the community
• Participate constructively in community polls and discussions
• Follow all guidelines in the Community Guidelines

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:

• Violate these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Provide false or misleading registration information
• Engage in behavior harmful to the community or its members
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Are found to not be a legitimate Sathvara community member

You may appeal suspension decisions within 15 days by emailing admin@sathvaracommunity.org.

• You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, profile text)
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the application
• We do not claim ownership of your personal data
• Community-generated content (notices, events) is owned by Sathvara Community Organization
• You may not reproduce community content without written permission

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the application, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability
• Accuracy of information provided by other members
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sathvara Community Organization and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, service interruptions, or reliance on information provided by other members.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sathvara Community Organization from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the application and posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
